Completion on Halesfield Seven in Telford

Prospect Estates has completed today on a 17 acre site / 200,000 sqft building, in Telford. Prospect Estates plans to split up the existing building into self contained units, that will be available to buy or LET (units will start from 8,000 sqft).
Works commence on the 19th of July. The project and site will be managed by Tim Whittaker and William Everingham.
