Prospect Estates is a privately owned property company.

Since its formation 14 years ago, Prospect Estates, who are based in the North of England, have become established as one of the UK’s most successful property investment and development companies. 

Originally formed in April 1996 by John E Lund, the Company has very much been a family orientated business.

Since the company’s inception our success has been facilitated in part by the selective purchase of properties in a very competitive market. The subsequent management of the property and the attraction of new tenants has allowed Prospect Estates to enjoy notable capital growth to its property portfolio.

Mainly specialising in the acquisition and management of large industrial premises, we endeavour to develop our buildings into smaller affordable self-contained units to sustain the growth of local businesses in each specific area. Our long-term strategy is to expand our influence within the commercial sector by actively increasing our commercial investments in the coming years.
